In order to make your new home as comfortable as possible, immediately after your move-in and for the duration of your stay, we will help you to walk through the property and identify any existing issues so that they don’t become large problems later on during your tenancy. Our specialized team of engineers will tackle all identified issues to make sure are solved as soon as possible.
This is also a great opportunity to identify any improvements or changes that you’d like to make before move in. Trying to negotiate these same kinds of changes after move in is often very difficult to accomplish so it is better to seize the moment and ask for anything you feel might make your home more enjoyable during this step.

• Arrange follow up with various departments to fix repairs and faulty appliances.
• Answer and solve any questions and problems you may have.
